A 21-year-old man shot in Rockford has died
Chris GreenPolice are continuing to investigate a fatal shooting that occurred Monday afternoon in northwest Rockford.
Police were called to the 1900 block of Price Street where they found a 21-year-old man suffering from a life-threatening gunshot wound.
The man, whose name has not been released, later died at a Rockford hospital.
A white SUV believed to be involved in the crime was found unoccupied near the 1100 block of Jackson Street.
No arrests have been made.
Residents in the area with video cameras are being asked to review their video footage. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Rockford Police Department.
